Our Staff

It is our intent to provide the highest quality, affordable child care available. We understand that we are not only teaching your child, we are standing in your place while you are on your job, so quality care, the kind you would give, is a ver serious obligation for us.   So while you are busy at your job, the children are learning with their friends.  They talk a lot as they play.  They look at books and puzzles, sing, carry out science projects, and play with basic math principles.  They paint, play with clay and blocks. They play and make believe.

You will have many chances to interact with your child’s teacher. Infants and toddler parents get a daily written report of their child’s day.  PreSchool parents are given weekly reports.  Parent-Teacher conferences are  offered every fall and spring.  There is a weekly afternoon activity from 4:30 – 6:00 prepared for you to enjoy with your child – if you have the time.  Weekly and quarterly school events are offered to interact with school staff and other parents.

While the state requires only 15 hours of continuing training each year, we have completed 30 hours which meet accreditation standards.  Of course, all staff have complete background checks, specific training on health and safety of young children, as well as training around security and emergency event issues.
